OXYBOND

Sterile Oxidized Regenerated Cellulose

Oxybond is a fully absorbable Hemostat made by oxidized regenerated cellulose with some antimicrobial properties. Oxybond is Soft and conformable to any anatomical surface. When Oxybond is applied to the bleeding area, it swells into a brownish/black gelatinous mass that aids in the clotting process. It is safe and effective providing easy and fast absorption with no potential immune response. It is strong and can be sutured or cut without fraying. It is stable and should be stored at controlled room temperature.
